At 15 you need to incorporate weight training with what is known as "core strength" training. basically do push ups, chin ups, dips etc with a BASIC weight program. Remember
1. Your body needs to adjust to its new demands
2. How you learn is how you stay (learn correct technique first)
Good luck

Just stick to the basics. Squat, bench , military press, lat pulldowns, barbell rows. they're all compound movements, working more than one muscle group at time. If you worked these 5 exercises hard 2 or 3 times a week, you WILL get bigger and stronger, you just have to keep pushing to lift more weight. I'd start with 4 or 5 sets of each, and keep the reps around 8 to 10. Push the last two sets of each exercise to muscular failure, and you're good to go.
