I am 13 and a half year old boy, and I am 5'3. My parents are 5'3 and 5'7. My parents are the only members of the family that are 5'7 and below and the other 99.9% of my family are 5'9 and above. I even have a 6'6 grand parent.

I have a cousin (from my mother's lil bro) that was 5'3 when he was 13 and 1/2 old too and now he is 6'0.I have a friend that was 5'0 when he was 12 but he is now 13 and he is 6'6. His parents are one inch taller than my parents. Do you think I can grow as much as them? Can I grow up to the 6 foot and above? I drink a lot of milk and vitamin C and I stretch and jump alot because I am a basket player at my school. However I lift very samll weights and dumbells that weigh no more than 5Kg(10pounds). What do u suggest?

You will grow as much as them as long as you maintain a healthy life style. Keep at it with the weights but not too much for a growing boy, remember you want your body to grow up not to grow out and pumped. You can do spot training for a few years (like building muscle in your arms or legs). Judging from your comments I can't see why not, sounds like you are off to a great start.

Yes, there's a good chance you may get to 6 feet tall. You'll grow taller and grow naturally. There's nothing special you need to do, except eat right and get plenty of exercise.

My family is similar to yours. My brother was about your height when he was 13 and grew to nearly 6 feet tall. My parents are 5'51/2" and 5'6". My mother's father was 6 feet tall.
