i want to "paint"/stain my skin with using a stencle i made. what household items could i potentailly use?
ive tried hydrogen peroxide, self tanner, and sharpie on my skin

would food colouring work? or hair dye?
is there a way to make an ink, permanent?

I don't know if you could make an ink permanent or not, never tried that but if you get a package of kool aid and add just enough water to dissolve it and then paint it on with your stencil design, it will stay for a couple of days. I wouldn't try hair dye as it might burn your skin after not washing it off soon!

Just go the "jail tat" rout if you want to do it yourself. Cigarette ash mixed w/ water and a needle. Takes time and looks like crap.
Henna is really good and can last for weeks but thats about it.

I dont think that there is anything that you can do to die your skin forever without a needle or burning (with out breaking the skin)

I don't think its permanent,but carefully dying it would make it stay on for at least a month.My friend once dyed her hair witjout gloves and it died her hands black for a month.

Haven't you hard of HENNA tattoos? They are very popular with models.

i painted some tattoos on my left arm with only watermarks and a black marker but it looked real.

maybe you should try henna. it lasts about 6 weeks.

if you want it permanent, why not just get a tattoo ?
