The Bible says all will be judged in the future. The souls who have died but have accepted Jesus Christ as the Lord of their lives, repented of their sins and livied for God as His child are with Him now. All others that have died without Christ are asleep
(dead) and awaiting their judgement. Just where, I do not think the Bible indicates.

Go to any big city in our country you will see many people in Hell. Is much harder to find people in Heaven than in Hell. Even many rich Americans get depressed and kill themselves because they can't stand this Hell any longer, especially around the holidays. Oh merry Christmas, do something good for all these people in Hell, if you want to brighten your day?

Yes, according to the Bible anyone who dies apart from Jesus goes to a holding place of torment known as Hell, or Hades, and awaits the resurrection of the damned before being cast into the Lake of Fire for all eternity.
Revelation 20:11 Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence earth and sky fled away, and no place was found for them. (12) And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done. (13) And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them, according to what they had done. (14) Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. (15) And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.
Revelation 21:22 And I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb. (23) And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and its lamp is the Lamb. (24) By its light will the nations walk, and the kings of the earth will bring their glory into it, (25) and its gates will never be shut by day--and there will be no night there. (26) They will bring into it the glory and the honor of the nations. (27) But nothing unclean will ever enter it, nor anyone who does what is detestable or false, but only those who are written in the Lamb's book of life.

In some ways we are in Hell. We are not in God's presence now. We are tempted by Satan. We have plenty of problems. We are not in Hell in the way most people consider Hell.

When someone dies He/She "sleeps" in their grave waiting for Jesus to return on judgment day.
