I take the Jamieson Natural Sources: Omega 3-6-9 Capsules which contain 400 mg of flax oil. 400 mg of borage oil and 400 mg fish oil. It says take 1-3 capsules daily and I take 3, but I take them at the same time. Is that ok?

Well omega 9 is not an essential fatty acid. But regardless yes you can take more than one. When I take fish oil I will take 5 to 7 tabs at one, you will have to put up with the fish burp though.

The best way to take them is spread out. This makes the nutrition available over a longer period of time and since the body doesn't assimilate more than it can use at one time it may be wasting part of what you are taking. I would take am and pm.
