unfortunately there is no way to choose where you lose weight. when you lose weight, it is an all over weight loss. Crunches and stuff just build muscle not lose weight.

Why don't you do exercise that will help maintain the shape of your butt. Use weights and a step up with an aerobic workout squeezing your butt cheeks together while working out. You still may loose some weight back there but at least you will be shapely and firm.

Most people that start losing weight don't have to worry at first. If you do any gluteal exercises and have a nice butt already you have absolutely nothing to worry about. I gained weight then I lost a lot of weight and believe it or not if you love your butt now you will always love it!!!

I lost weight and it happened to me! Sucks!
Ballet would be excellent to maintain or even make your butt better! This is how I was blessed with the booty in the first place. I enrolled in classes again and it came back.
If you want to go to the gym, try not to do too much running. Elliptical is good in backwards motion. Also, try doing squats and a butt blaster machine if they have one.

You might lose a little bit of the junk at first, but if you find workouts that focus mainly on the parts of your body you are concerned about, your fat will start burning away there and you will start buliding muscle there. And if you tone youre bppty, you'll still have junk in the trunk but it'll be nice and fit!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

ive tried to do excersizes to lose some butt but my butt just stays there no matter how much smaller I get, let me know if you find something that shrinks buttage.

if you do squatting, lunges, stairs, and that sort of thing u will improve your butt, it lifts it and gives you a better shape. But loosing too much weight makes u look too cut if u know what i mean

Do sprints, they work out your butt and thighs. You are so lucky, I look up to you. I want a bigger butt. Man I wish i was you. Butt yeah do sprints
