If you want one so bad, go out and actively search. You're not going to get anywhere in life if you sit on your butt and wait.

Sometimes I guess it depend on who you are guys are scared. I have a really pretty friend long blond hair blue eyes tall she's a junior. Everybody loves her and likes her. She has like straight A's is on student council and is an awesome volleyball player and she has never had a boyfriend. We joke with her that if they tried to ask her out they would probably melt at her feet while stuttering! LOL Maybe it's the same for you!

People who are not confident in their selves generally have more trouble dating, as do people who are desperate to date.

It's easy to say, but harder to do, you have to build confidence in yourself, and not judge yourself by your single status.

Participating in team sports is one of the best ways to do this. If sports aren't your thing, join a school play, the choir, student council, the debating team or what ever interests you. If your school (or you're not in school) doesn't have much to do, volunteer at a local charity, sports or arts group.

As an added advantage, you won't have as much time to miss your friends when they're out with their boyfriends.

Stop trying to be someone your not, guys will like you if you are yourself, plus, when you're ready to be in a marriage relationship, you want a man that loves YOU not someone you aren't. Plus, your to young to worry about dating, etc. Unless you are spiritually, physically, financially, and emotionally ready for marriage, why be looking for "the one"?? Don't waste your time on stuff that your to young to worry about. Just focus on family, school, and life, so you can worry about marriage later! Good luck!

Maybe you aren't being yourself. Maybe you are trying to be like your friends, and anyone can see through someone who is not being themselves. You don't need to worry about having a boyfriend so bad either. Don't become desperate either. Maybe you can use this time to have more confidence and know that you are valuable.

How old are you? You're probably young. Trust me your time will come. Meanwhile enjoy staying single. There's nothing wrong with you and don't compare yourself with others. You're not far from having boyfriends and they will come and go for a long time. So have fun! Best wishes...

well... it's normal i guess. i mean i didn't really start getting into the dating scene till i was like.... in... 7th grade? which is sorta late when it comes to all my other friends. what does it matter if you have a boyfriend or not? don't compare yourself to others... it takes time. don't just go out with someone for the hell of it. there's gotta be feelings involved.

Get busy finding things to do that you really enjoy and then get in there and do them...this will make you a more interesting and interested person and your enthusiasm will make you someone others will want to be around.Relax, smile and know that boyfriends turn up when you least expect.

You need to give yourself time. You'll find someone. Don't worry. If you find someone that you are interested in, talk to them and get to know them. If you feel that they are interested in you, then ask them out on a date. However I don't think you can't like someone until you 100% like yourself. So don't be ashamed of yourself. Relax, give yourself time and when you think you find someone just be yourself.
