I am really scared I dont know what to do. Everyone in my family has noticed a major difference in his behavior. Within like a week. Ihe is very talkative -thats when he in an ok mood. he gets very angry, violent, he yells, he starts fights weve tried getting him out of the house my brother actually got into a fight with him, my sister left and went to he boyfriends. i dont know whats wrong with him. hes gotten me really nervous and scared please tell me how can you tell if someone is using drugs. my faimly and i are scraed for our own physical safety. he lives in the house with us

he came charging at me and my mother like a bull and making this really weird noise like he was a bull its hard to explain kinda like mmmm but really angry and he got up in our face a we are scared it like he wants to pick a fight.

either something is really stressing him out, or hes on something. wild mood swings, unpredictable behaviour, problems concentrating, glazed and distant eye contact are some signs. smell him, check his arms for any tracks, check his teeth, look in his car for any signs. DO NOT ASK HIM directly is he's usin or if he's on drugs, this will only make it worse. ask him if everythings OK, make him comfortable. have him open up to you.

No but he might call the police if you tell him that you buried your family in the front yard... In all seriousness, the doctor probably wants this information so that he doesn't prescribe you something that may have an adverse effect if you are using other drugs. Marijuana isnt really a drug though that would fall into this category of "drugs" that would cause the side effects hes attempting to prevent.

It really sounds like he has a problem. Whether it's drugs or a mental problem, the LAST thing you need to do is confront him..he will not take this coming from a younger person, and is the last thing you want to do with someone who is being threatening. Call another trusted adult, a help hot-line, or if nothing else, go to Child Protective Services or you local police station. Explain to them what's happening. It sounds like you need to be removed from the situation (the home). Please whatever you do, do NOT confront him..your safety could be a stake..especially with someone who sounds out of control. It's not your fault, and it's NOT up to you to try to fix this. I will be praying for your safety.

If he is acting like this, you may have to call 911 and have him picked up. They will take him to a hospital to observe him for up to 3 days. They will find out if he is on drugs or if he is suffering from an illness. Then he can get the correct treatment.
If he is acting violent, don't wait.

This doesn't necessarily mean he's using drugs. It may be a mental illness of some kind (dementia, schizophrenia). See if you can get him to some kind of counseling.

well you should tell your father that your very worried about him doing the drugs and stuff. and if he keeps messing around with drugs something might happen to his health or something.
