first, pull ur hair onto the top of ur head and pull it out (streacth it upwards), then in on ur scalp, put a plastic cup, and some hair spray or gel to hold it up. then u can braid on the top (ask someone to do it for u) and use hair spray (ALOT!!!) to hold it up. then wear all the clothes that she does, and put on doll-like makeup, like red blush, and cute shades of eye-shadow.
