I'd think by having a lot of your decorations, centerpieces, wedding favors, etc. done in an over-sized manner would help create the Tom Thumb theme. If everything was done in a larger scale, it would give the appearance that you and your guests are small folks in a large world, just like Tom Thumb was. In addition, perhaps you could have someone create your wedding invitations and wedding programs with images from the Tom Thumb book. In your wedding program, you could also make references to your Tom Thumb theme and explain why you chose it. You might also find a baker and/or chef who could create edible treats and appetizers in a larger size to add to the theme. Sounds like fun - enjoy!
