My kitchen has wood panel. I covered it with wood panel covering and now I want o wall paper it. Can it be done?

you can,put wall liner on first so your cracks will not show

Of course it can be done and quite easily and at little cost (not including the wallpaper...) The only thing you should do first is to either wash the panel covering with liquid TSP which you can find at any local hardware store. Don't let them sell you the powder you have to mix, as it is toxic and you will also have to protect your hands and eyes, as well as rinse the wall after. If you don't want to do that, apply an oil-based primer to the wall first. Both of these solutions will guarantee that your wallpaper sticks well.

Sure you can..Just fill in grooves in paneling with a light weight spackel or a wood putty..Then make sure its clean, Use additional Glue/sizing to make it adhere better..then put wallpaper on! Good Luck

Yes you can put on wall paper lining frist. than paper.
