No matter what religion you are or aren't prayer doesn't make the change. People who empower themselves to do what needs to be done to make necessary changes can make peace. You can pray all you want but it's completely up to the people to do the work. Educate yourself in the name of making peace!

The whole reason we have war is because we seek peace. The whole point we have peace is because we have war. We have to have both the survive. Sorry! There are just too many people that's all. We have nothing in nature to limit our numbers. We just kill everything that nature through at us. This will be our downfall, trying to play God. We need to find the mean between war and peace there we will find the solution we want and so desperately need. Searching for just peace is futile and will only lead to more war. Of course, do as you wish. This world is already full of so much hate because everyone quests for love the whole time never loving themselves. Find balance, please.

Is foolish to ask for world peace, because the God of this world will not have it; 2 Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
1 Corinthians 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
It would be much better to pray for thing according to the Bible and I see no where in the Bible that speaks of world peace. Better to pray for people to Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and obey him, this would bring world peace.

Pray among yourselves...
Ask atheists to say yes...
Exactly what difference would that make by itself?
People need to get out there and actually DO something.

PRAY IS A VERY POWERFUL TOOL. I WOULD BE ALL FOR PRAYING FOR WORLD PEACE BUT UNFORTUNATELY
THE END OF WARS AND MISTREATMENT AND SUCH WILL
NOT END TILL THE RETURN OF CHRIST. THIS IS NOT TO SAY THAT OUR PRAYERS WOULD NOT GO UNNOTICED BY GOD. WE WOULD ACTUALLY BE PRAYING FOR OUR ENEMIES BY PRAYING FOR PEACE.

No, I wouldn't. If I'm going to improve the world, I'd do it myself instead of wasting my time hoping things would improve.
