I need some suggestions. I feel often dizzy like my head is spinning around. I've ben reading books for my finals it's been 3 weeks, I am not pregnant, and I eat properly, sleep well. Is it just simply that I am weak? Is there anything I can do to reduce the dizziness?

Have your Blood pressure checked by the nurse or at a pharmacy just to be sure. It may be stress, that causes all kinds of symptoms. Also, take a multivitamin and also have your iron checked. Low iron can cause dizzines and very low energy...the health Dept. can do that or your Dr. Make sure you are getting enough vitamins. You can tell if you may be anemic by having someone look at the lower eyelids, pull them down. If they are light pink to whittish you probably are. If they look darker pink or red you are ok. So, use your judgement, if you bleed a whole lot and don't take extra vitamins or iron you may want to start. Though it can be constipating, use bran, fibre, stool softener with iron. Good luck with health and exams. Love coming your way.
