it's all just a dream? Life. the universe, everything (42). Would you want to "wake up" from it? Why or why not? What would be the difference if it's a dream or real (both dreams and reality seem subjective to me)?

I have a simple life, simple home and a medial income but my life is the best dream anyone could ever hope for. I have friends and family that are supportive of me and look after me because of my illness. If I woke up to find out that I was just dreaming about this life that I have I would hope that I had a life very similar to what I was dreaming.
