If he is as all knowing and all seeing as his followers say he is, then he knows what is going to happen (even with free will. if he does not know because of free will then he is NOT all knowing and all seeing).
He wanted your butt to hurt. He knows you liked it.

In a way, but we do have free will. God is the cause in the sense that He created us and the world and gave us free will, however, God intended for us to use our free will to obey and have a relationship with Him, but we've misused it to do evil. God didn't cause us to do evil, we decided to with our free will. God caused good, but we've corrupted some of it to evil with our sin.
