Im a 20 year old african american male who is 5'10 and who weighs 155lbs. Im not overweight to my knowledge, but my blood pressure when i check it is above what it should be, and it decreases after each repetition. I dont work out as much as i used to, but i do sit-ups and push ups whenever i can. Why is my blood pressure so outta wack? O i do have an anxiety disorder so i wonder if my anxiety is whats doing it.

its genetic.. you inherited from your parents or grandparents.. just like cholesterol readings its not all about your weight or what you eat or how much you exercise. ask your doctor about it or research it online

It could very well be your anxiety. See a doctor straight away and if your not happy with his diagnosis see another doctor. Nowadays doctors don't give a rats a*se (esp. in low income areas - like where I live) and only worry about getting their flipping AUS$70 a patient. Good luck and take it easy, don't stress.
