i only have three weeks to lose weight and i need to lose atleast 10 pounds is there any way to go about doing this?

exercise daily and don't eat fatty foods and drink plenty of water and don't sit infront of the computer or TV for a long time get up an move alot the weight should come off rather fast if you remain active and watch what you eat

Normally, it isn't good (or permanent) to try and lose weight quickly, but in your case, 10 pounds is fairly reasonable.
I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks once by doing the Atkins diet VERY STRICTLY. If you 'cheat' on it at all, you won't have significant weight loss. NO alcohol, ONLY the foods on the list (you can look up the recommended foods on line).
If you stick to it, you can lose the 10 pounds in that amount of time, plus on Atkins you don't feel hungry; you might get bored of eating the same things, but you never have to be hungry.

Restrict all fattening food from your diet and go all vegetables and fruit. In addition, drink lots of water (to fill you up) and try to walk about two miles a day. To motivate yourself, put a picture of thin, attractive model on your fridge that you'll see whenever you get the urge. Good Luck!!

try sugar diet.that was what i have done and guess what ive lost about 15 kg of my weight!cool right?just cut down the sugar intake in your diet.stop takng all those food that rich in carbohydrate such as spaghetti, rice, wheat, carbonated drinks and no sugar in ur drinks.just plain water.it will also help to detoxify the toxins in ur body.all the best to u!

OMG, me, too. I've done it before (not 10 lbs, but a few). Lots of fruit, water, and watch sodium intake because it makes you retain water and look puffy. Don't stop eating, it will muff up your metabolism.

make an office snack box of your own so you re not tempted by your colleagues candy bowl fill it with small individually packaged portions of soy chips almonds and dried fruit
