Rayman is the way most Americans say it but it actually is supposed to be Rah-men. My uncle was in Japan(where they originated) for 15+ years in the 60's to early 70's and when he came home to stay he brought home a suitcase full. It took a long time for them to be mainstream though. He used to have his friends send him some a few times a year. He also had lots of ways to make them too. He used to put eggs in them and scramble it up like egg drop soup and he would use those noodle instead of spaghetti. He also made them with tuna fish.(That was kinda gross) But they are the best "soup" for me!

I say rah-men noodles, but I've heard people actually say Roman noodles. I'm like where does it look like it's pronounced Roman, but I just smile and say nothing.
