I think it is quiet normal. I have never been addicted to anything until the internet came a long. I think you just have to realize how much it takes over your time and make a decision to do something about it. If you enjoy it and don't care about losing time then it is your okay. It is very eduacational.

Yes, it is normal. There are many people who are challenged by face to face interaction. Those people enjoy communicating through forums and chat rooms. They also enjoy surfing. Before you know it, a habit has formed.

It's probably better for you to limit your online hours and get out and meet people. Life does require everyone to intermingle. It's easier if you try to go out at least to the corner store for a piece of fruit, for the exercise and the contact.

i think it is im stuck with it for 8 hours non stop on the weekends
