Well hes one of my good friends and we talk and joke around alot. My friend says that hes usually starts the convo and that he likes me. He always makes up nicknames for me to get me mad but like jokingly and always jokes, tells me to give him high-fives, and says "hi" to me for no apparent reason. I was sposed to move so at the end of the year he only gave me a hug and seemed rally sad but got rlly happy when i sed i was coming back. but the BIGGEST thing of all he gave me his number to call him if i didnt want to talk online. so does he like me??? and i cant ask him out cuz im not allowed to n im too scared to tell him

Of course he likes you and if you can see that in him then dont be afraid to admit you like him too.

DUH! LoL j/k But yeah he totally likes you. I mean psh yeah! But who knows if HE wants to start a relationship or not, you never know. But yeah he's got his eye on you! lol
