My husband has pretty big ears, and he has fine balance, but nothing extra special that I can see. I have horrible balance, but had TONS of ear infections as a kids and still get them lots......that is what I blame my bad balance on!

the answer is NO. There is no scientific prof and the mechanism that accounts for balance is found on the inner ear, so if u normally have ear infections u might have bad balance

No, the mechanism that helps with your balance is inside your ears. They can probably hear better though due to a larger catchment for sound lol
