You cannot lose 50 pounds in one month. To attempt such an extreme weight loss is dangerous.

This is the quickest way you can lose weight, permanently and without compromising your health.
You need both the proper diet and daily exercise, try to work up to an hour of cardio a day. Start gradually, even a brisk walk. What's the big rush?? Do it the right way, and in a month's time, you will see and feel a marked improvement. Be smart and do it the right way. Also, strength train at the gym to increase muscle to rev up your metabolism; that will speed things up a lot for you.

you cannot loose all that weight in a month!!! go slow, exercise like doing push ups, eat veggo, fruits as snacks, cut sweets, sleep well, and the most important: don't give up....... make sure every day you say "wow! I have done a lot" and smile, don't say " great! I eat like a pig and I didn't do nothing" cause you will be unhappy and think it was all worthless, just give it some time and you might be so surprised to see how pretty you look, weigh doesn't determine how pretty you are, like Cristal Renn she is a model and weighs 165 pounds! and everybody say she is pretty, don't starve yourself or get sad by a mean joke, think how pretty you are and how courageous you are.
I hope you loose your weigh an put a smile on your face after it.

No amount of exercise will result in such a large weekly weight loss. You need to cut out all your carbs (corn/potatoes/squash/bread) and increase your veggies. Go with oil/vinegar for salad dressing. Protein shouldn't exceed 6 ounces for the day. Also take a daily multivitamin tablet.
I don't know that it is possible to loose such a large amount of weight in such a short period of time without becoming ill.
I would suggest that you connect with Jenny Craig or Dr. Bornstein as both have quick weight loss programs. If they are too expensive for you, you can check out Weight Watchers. I believe Weight Watchers also has an Internet based diet program so you don't have to leave your house.
If it is all too expensive for you, see your doctor and get a diet/exercise program from her.

All I do is dance it's fun and it helps loose alot of weight. I do it for about 30 to 45 minutes a day and I done lost about 30 pounds in a month so try it and see if it works for you. Also don't forget to eat right and eat healthy but don't worry about it just have fun about it and you'll see the final result. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Have a Papaya every morning. Stay away from caffiene (makes you hungry), take a colon cleanse, exercise moderately, cut the calories, and consult a doctor. Jogging and Swimming are the best exercises. Build muscle.. every pound of muscle burns 1500 (or so..) more calories a day.

That's an excessive amount to lose in such a short time. It is very unsafe, and not recommended. Safe weight loss is about 1-2 lbs per week. Don't take any pills or anything, you'll just make yourself sick.

14 pounds a week will put a tremendous strain on your heart and other organs. Don't do it.
The most you should lose in a week is around 5lbs tops. Most experts recommend 2-3lbs per week
