At about month five, you should by the clothing and things the baby will need. Have someone organize a baby shower with a list of things you'll need. You can even register at a local department store. You should go on walks to strengthen your legs. Go to lamaze class or some other prep course.

Talk to your local hospital about birthing/parenting classes in your area. The hospital will probably hold some, but if they don't they can point you in the right direction. Lamaze and other childbirth classes are a great start. It will teach you about what your body is going through and what to expect during labor and delivery.

Also, look for books that interest you. A popular one is What to Expect While You're Expecting - I used it and so have most of my friends. I really enjoyed having it handy.

Start buying some of the items you need, as someone else mentioned, see if someone will throw you a baby shower. If not, use layaway and start buying the basics now. Bassinet/Crib, blankets, brib rags, diapers, wipes, nursing pads, etc.

Stock up on daipers and wipes, read lots about caring for babies, save up as much $$ as you can. Basically try to have most of the material things you'll need and learn as much as you can but really there's no way to totally prepare mentally for the big change ahead, no matter how ready you feel or how much you want this baby, it really is a big shock when the baby arrives.

Good luck!

Know how to love selfishly and put the baby 1st. Then have fun with your baby. You will learn more than anyone could ever tell you in your own time. Every baby is so unique.

At residing house I used it acceptable from the refrigerator when you consider that we've a air purifier equipment on our water dispenser. My son did basically high quality on the two. i comprehend some people like the Nursery water it relatively is supplied in pharmacies and toddler product shops. you may desire to consistently boil water, enable it cool and then save in a gallon container interior the refrigerator for once you like it to blend formula, yet you would be boiling water another day doing so. the reason i've got heard that flouride is so undesirable for babies is using the fact it may reason brown spots on tooth whilst they type. style of like freckles on the tooth i think?? i do no longer completely realize it the two because of the fact at like 2 or 3 you turn them to a newborn's toothpaste and those have flouride in them. i think of it is likewise in how their arising structures technique the flouride because of the fact it makes them ill.
