Why do I always feel like I am in a "daze".?

I always feel like I am in a daze, I get really shaky sometimes, and cannot concentrate on anything. I feel tired, and get dark circles underneath my eyes. I also will start talking really fast, and know I'm talking too fast but can't control it. It is embaressing. Does this happen to anyone else other than me? I am sick of it. At times I feel dizzy as well. It's weird.

yeah it does me too im bi polar and adhd though maybe it's the adhd cause i talk toooo much and tooo fast and Im deaf 80 % even screwed up huhyou'd think Id be quiet person,so whatever causes that might be something else more serouis though like diabetes or small sezures you know get it checked quick

It sounds like you should get a good check up; schedule an appointment with your doctor. Feeling dizzy , tired and shaky could be a sign of hypoglycemia, thyroid problems, infection, a virus or just being overly stressed and run-down.

It's nothing weird at all, but it's something that you should get checked out with a doctor right away so that you can put your mind at ease and begin feeling better.

Sounds like a Vata imbalance. (Ayurvedic medicine) Ask a bookstore to order this book for you: "Vital Energy" by Dr. David Simon. (He is the collegue of the famous Deepak Chopra.) This will explain everything to you. The talking too fast is what clinched my diagnosis of Vata imbalnce; its a classic symptom. Vata imbalance is extremely common (manifests in different ways for different people) and is easily treated, with things you can do yourself (diet and lifestyle changes). Get that book!!

Sounds like you might be hypoglycemic, or have a food allergy. I used to become really spaced out and foggy when I'd eat certain types of white bread. I used to say I felt "squeaky"- if that makes sense.
