small talk is better than deep talk. See what she spends most of her time on then get her to tell you all about it, usually it is very visible, like hair, nails, clothes etc etc, no big talk, she doesn't know you so whatever you say it's all she knows and you don't want that to be polarized.
Small talk then pick up on who she is then talk accordingly to who she is, or leave if she is too strange! Lol.

Well depends on how you met in the first place, first get to know them by asking questions and allow her to ask and answer questions be truthful with your answers. Know that when a woman wants to meet with you and she feels comfortable, then let her say something unless she is a bit old fasioned then suggest getting to gether soon and see what she says, maybe means not right now and I will give you my decision, yes is definately, no is forget it. Just keep that in mind and be respectful. Women love to be respected. Let her give you the signals. Let her say. Until then let her have the reign then make it both ways, but no demanding and no sex until she is ready to make the move. Trust me. Let her give you the signs...watch Hitch. R u cute a jock? popular? well chances r she liks u so all u do ispretend 2 have this 'party'(@ur house or smwhere private) w/ ur friendz and some other girls but tlk 2 them + have them not show @ the 'party'. Then just ask her if she wants 2 watch a movie. Purposly put the notebook or smtn in front of ur DVDs. Member, we lik sensitive.

asking a question is a great way to start a conversation. it doesn't seem creepy and it doesn't leave you wide open for rejection. my boyfriend picked me up by asking me how to play a computer game at a bar. we've been inseperable ever since.

just dont be afraid. be your self and be calm. things should just flow naturally if its meant to be or come up to her and just say anything ((usually a questin)) and she will continue the convo if she wants. complements always work too.

well if you're really shy try "bumping" into her and start up a convo...or if shes in ur class...ask about homework. or be really bold and go straight upto her and introduce urself.
