No we do not. There is an epistemology of human knowledge. There is a difference between knowledge and belief. In common language, people often say they ‘know’ something when, in fact, they do not know (and, in the case of invisible supreme beings, CANNOT know).
In any case, the question is irrelevant. The heart is an organ and we understand how it works – we can even repair or replace a faulty or diseased one. And, if there are things we do not know, it does not mean that they are unknowable.
Knowledge is about empirical reality, rational thought, and the scientific method. Religion does not fall in this category. This reason is sufficient to keep religion, and religious interpretations of the physical universe, out of scientific curricula.

nope. like love. the heart knows love more than the mind, right? love is irrational. the heart knowing things that the mind does not is also known as irrationality. that doesn't mean that everybody isn't irrational; we all are. there's nothing wrong with it. it's just not ...rational.

Absolutely not! The heart is only an organ that pumps blood.

no. Because your heart, aka emotion, is all in your head. The logical part, of your thinking and reasoning brain is usually right.
This is why believers go on emotion and atheists go on logic.
