Par-boil them. Meanwhile, fry some chopped onions and chopped bacon in some oil until crispy, then add the sprouts and cook until cooked. Yummy!

Brussels sprouts are good in any recipe you'd use with broccoli. Try cheese sauce! Otherwise, steamed with butter, salt, pepper, and maybe a little garlic, is delicious!

BRUSSEL SPROUTS
3 slices bacon, chopped
2 sm. onion, chopped
10 oz. pkg. frozen brussel sprouts
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
In small glass baking dish, microwave bacon 2 1/2 to 3 minutes on high power, stirring occasionally, until almost done. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside. Add onion to drippings and cook 2 minutes on high power, stirring once. Add brussel sprouts and water. Cook 6 to 8 minutes on high power, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain off liquid. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let rest 5 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon just before serving

Try them with butter steamed or boiled. Simple and taste o.k.

steam them until they are fork tender. then cut them in half put them is a frying pan with a little bit of butter about 2 tsp. fry until
lite brown sprinkle with parm cheese enjoy.

boil them for about 10 min, drain, big pat o butter, slat n pepper and Bamm yummy sprouts..thays how I make em for my hubby and there are never leftovers

steam them and put butter on them or if you want super easy and super fast get the frozen kind with the herbs and and sauce and stuff already in there .....thats simple and easy yummy
