Nothing. First, you don't want the quickest way to lose weight. You do that and you'll balloon back up and then some. Second, there's no easy way to lose weight. Don't believe all that stuff on tv and internet where it says you can lose weight like that. They just want your money.
I lost 12 pounds in three weeks. All I did was cut fast food out of my diet and hit the gym every other day for two hours straight with the emphasis on cardio. No pain, no gain. In terms of food, again, avoid fast food and sodas. Good luck.

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.
You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.
It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

You dont have to alter your diet that much to have an effect.
What you DO have to do is up your activity, and NO i dont mean covering yourself in spandex and trying to run across the local area huffing and puffing.
I just mean going for a nice long walk 2-3 times a week. Try just walking every night after dinner for an hour (30 mins there and 30 back).
Food is not the route of the issue!

the best thing to do is cut out high fat and high sugar content foods and processed foods.
eat lots of fresh fruit and salad..steamed veg, pulses
if you like pasta eat it at lunchtime and not in the evening.
try to have your evening meal as early as possible
drink plenty of water
eat chicken and fish
avoid bread..get pittas instead and drizzle a bit of olive oil in them instead of using a spread.
have breakfast..porridge is good with water or skimmed milk it fills u up n gives u energy
hope that helps a bit i stuck to it lost loads

watch your calories and exercise. eat fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats and beans. And stop eating when you almost feel full. It's all easier said than done!
