I wasn't expecting to see my boyfriend tonight, but he stopped by just to say that he wouldn't be by later and didn't want to leave me hanging. What's the point? I already knew he wouldn't be over.

the simple answer is that he wanted to see you at least a little bit today. If you need to make it more complicated, you may think whatever you want.

Sounds like to me your boyfriend may be trying to make sure he knows where you are so he doesn't get a pop up from you for some reason if you happen to be expecting him to come over and he didn't show up (cheating) is what I am really trying to say. See when a person does things that you consider wired or un-normal then maybe you should consider wired behavior as a sign of him probably doing something he has no business. But he could also be trying to be nice which doesn't make any sense to me just like it makes no sense to you. Why else would do wired behavior be for??

He felt bad, and he wanted to let you know that he cared that he couldn't come see you. Think of it as a nice gesture and maybe he wanted to see you to apologize in person or just to make sure you wouldn't be expecting him.

He's insecure... he either doesn't trust you because he's insecure about himself, so he came to check up on you, or he has this need to see be with someone to make him feel better about himself. Either way he's insecure. Of course a lot of this depends on his age. It could just be young puppy love, so he felt like it was something he should do, in which case he's a decent guy.

Maybe he is insecure and checking up on you?? A surprise visit..Is he the jealous type?? That could be why if he did, wanting to know what u r doin when he is not there

he probaly just wanted to see ya we boys tend to get a little desprate once and a while when it comes to this kinda thing we just have to see you girls even if its just to tell you that it probaly made his night just talking to ya let me know how tis turned out

he just wanted to see u for a few minutes anyway, sometimes guys do that, that just proves he wanted to see u bad... and he didnt want u mad at him too.

I think he missed you and was going to miss you ( I think it's sweet ) and it was his way of " sneaking" a little time with you. Reward him well for his thoughtfulness and caring.
