Adam and Eve

Genesis 2

7the LORD God formed the man [e] from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

22 Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib [j] he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.

23 The man said,
"This is now bone of my bones
and flesh of my flesh;
she shall be called 'WOMAN, [k] '
for she was taken out of man."

the bible clearly STATES that Adam was man and Eve was a woman!

"Adam" means "man" or "mankinds"

Eve was named Eve because she was the "mother of all living"

That's pretty clear on genders.

Yes, sure. Or they were named Bill and Harry. Who named them anyway? I don't think that the Old Testament says who gave them their name.
