I transfered over there from a Junior college and i've been at u of i for 4 semesters. Do you think they will drop me? (I think i'm going to fail one course, in my major, this semeser). so further hurting my chances.

I'm sorry, but that is pretty bad. Have you considerred tutoring?

Probably. They don't like their cumulative GPA to be dragged down by a non-performer. It makes the school look bad & they like to look good to charge the big bucks. No one wants to pay big bucks for a school full of helmet-heads.

Have you even considered doing your homework or cracking a book??? You've had 4 semesters to get your act together, what have you been doing???

How about talking to your guidance counselor about lightening your course load since you don't seem to be able to handle the classes you currently have. If you don't think you can handle a class you should always drop it right away in the beginning so you don't get charged or have it count against your gpa.

You could very well get dropped, and you may not be able to get a job when you are done, if you finish.
Think about your priorities. You need to start studying hard and getting help in your classes. Start retaking classes you failed. Get serious! This is your future!!!
