If you understand the true meaning of Hell, then you will know that everyone that death takes, goes to Hell.
Definition: The word “hell” is found in many Bible translations. In the same verses other translations read “the grave,” “the world of the dead,” and so forth. Other Bibles simply transliterate the original-language words that are sometimes rendered “hell”; that is, they express them with the letters of our alphabet but leave the words untranslated. What are those words? The Hebrew she’ohl' and its Greek equivalent hai'des, which refer, not to an individual burial place, but to the common grave of dead mankind; also the Greek ge'en·na, which is used as a symbol of eternal destruction. However, both in Christendom and in many non-Christian religions it is taught that hell is a place inhabited by demons and where the wicked, after death, are punished (and some believe that this is with torment).
Does the Bible indicate whether the dead experience pain?
Eccl. 9:5, 10: “The living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all .
Does the Bible indicate that the soul survives the death of the body?
Ezek. 18:4: “The soul* that is sinning—it itself will die.”
Does anyone ever get out of the Bible hell?
Rev. 20:13, 14, KJ: “The sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell* delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire.” (So the dead will be delivered from hell. Notice also that hell is not the same as the lake of fire but will be cast into the lake of fire.)
Is eternal torment of the wicked compatible with God’s personality? What would you think of a parent who held his child’s hand over a fire to punish the child for wrongdoing? “God is love.” (1 John 4:8) Would he do what no right-minded human parent would do? Certainly not! Simply put, the word Hell is translated from the Hebrew word Sheol, which means the grave, where everyone goes when they die.

Hell is made up of different areas for different kind of sinners.
the terror tree knows as Zaqqum. Jahannam is the word for Hell in Islam. There are Seven layers of heaven, Jannah
Surah Al-Baqara of the Qur'an states that along with Muslims, Allah will also save other People of the Book from Hell:
"Those who believe, Jews, Nazarenes (Christians), and Sabians - whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day and does good deeds - shall be rewarded by their Lord; they have nothing to fear nor are they saddened." :[2.62]
It should be noted that Muslim scholars have commented that those saved from Hell other than Muslims are those people from pre-Islamic times who followed the teachings of their respective prophet. People who did not receive the true message of Islam will also be saved.
One can go to hell in Islam, and then go from there to Heaven after serving your time in Hell. There is a certain ratio for time in earth, to time in hell.

According to God's Word Hell was made for the Devil and his angels. Because of the sin of disobedience in the Garden of Eden God and man were separated. God hates sin and must judge it. He loves the sinner and sent His Son to die for everyone so He and mankind could be reunited.. Whoever rejects God's blessed Son will end up in Hell. It is eternal separation from God.

Hell is not something that God created that He throws people into who defy Him.
Rather, it is a description of the realm outside of His ordering love for those who choose to walk away from Him.
At judgment, at death, it is actually the person's conscience that judges the person, as God holds a kind of mirror up to the soul.
It then knows itself as it is, and knows where it must go.
If slated for condemnation, it perceives itself as so slimy, putrid, and disgusting that it voluntarily descends to that level of the fire that will best cut the slime.
So the fire of hell is as much a mercy of God as it is the justice of God.
However, hell can start here, as people experience the torments of hell for defying God and going against His will.
That is not something that God sends, but is simply the result of the withdrawal of God as that soul is kicking Him out by its rejection of Him.

HELL = grave
Both the wicked and the pure go to the grave.
But death is only to the physical body. The soul is eternal.
