I would like someone to show me honest proof that drinking diet sodas or using artificial sweetners causes you actual harm, none of this "It's bad for you" nonsense. I want cold, hard proof.
I've been drinking diet soda ( approx 6 cans a day ) for more than 30 years and I'm just fine and dandy.

And if I should come down with some disease I'm going to tell Pepsi Co. to give me an unlimited Visa card or I'm going to tell the whole world how much of their product I've drank over the years!! :)

Yes. I read an article a couple of years ago that stated aspartame caused holes in the brains of mice. As far as I've seen there is no research that said it did anything to humans, but I figure why take the chance. I was a 12-pack a day diet coke drinker. Not any more.

Yes, I think so!
Coke, not just Diet Coke, isn't that good for your health!

I love coke, but I easily get a cold or get ill, when I am drinking coke all the time!
There's just too much sugar in it...

Just try to have an orange juice in between... :)

In a way yes but it depends on how much and instead of what? What would you be drinking if you weren't drinking diet coke?

Probably...drink 1 glass of water for every soda you drink

You can drink it in limited quantities. One can or glass a day is okay. Anything in excess of that is bad. The nutrasweet or aspartame in it is not good for you.
