my oldest daughter switched it on and took a picture before i could set the time and date in english . It is now stuck in Pakistani time and date , any ideas how to resolve it . I only bought it today !!!

i have fixed the time and date ,but i cannot get the turkish flag from my top left hand corner !!

You should be able to reset the camera back to it's defaults. I recommend that you look it up in the manual...anything to do with Reset or Reset All or Setup.
You probably have to do it in the SETUP menu, so see what options are available there.
I tried to find your camera manual online but I think it's only available in the UK and there is not much info on it.
