I will say the United Kingdom of Great Britain.
We British drink a fair amount of coffee now.
Personally I love coffee but I also drink tea, which has to be a good quality tea, full of flavour, like my coffee.

I would say the South African's. As the British are known for their tea ... we in South Africa enjoy our coffee. You will never be invited around to someones for tea .. it will always be pop in for a coffee!!!
