My mom which is a green card holder (she is about to be a citizen) appled for me back in 2002. i already got approved. but I am about to trun 21 on Jan. 7, 2007. What should i do? Am I going to be to old for this case? do i have to wait for the visa update? (which is about a month away from my date)

If any of yall can help that would be great!

If you already are approved and are in the process your age should not matter any longer.

I agree with the person who answered before me. as long as you were the correct age when you applied your current age does not matter. just be sure to keep copies of all the paperwork you have filled so far just in case they want verification that you applied when you were younger.

it becomes void you waited too long and will be deported
