Get spring water delivered to you home or get it at a store where you can buy three or five gallon containers. They sell inexpensive water crocks that you can put the container into and then dispense with a special handle on the crock. That is what I do. Also, I use Tom's toothpaste without flouride, or just baking soda. I'm lucky that I have well water, but it is contaminated with an overabundance of Nitrates, so we have a Reverse Osmosis system as well as using the Spring water.

I thinks thats a great question, you are right fluoride can be very bad in high doses , but so can chlorine which is whats in your tap water along with rust and other sediment one thing you can do is a get a water filtration system; so you will have clean drinking water and clean water to take a shower with remember just cause you dont drink it doesnt mean its not getting in your body. In a 8 minute shower your body absorbs more chlorine (which is a gas which was used to kill people by the Nazis) than drinking 8 glasses of tap water because all that steam opens your pores and chlorine which is a gas comes rushing in. Dont believe me get a water testing kit for around 50 dollars and you can see all the stuff in your water or just get a pool tester and you can see all the chlorine

Not everything that you read online is true. Too much fluoride can be dangerous causing black spots on teeth, especially when combined with certain antibiotics. There has been studies of the effects on the heart.
It is not in all water, but if it is in your city, drink bottled water. It is found in childrens vitamins with a perscription only. Also available as drops,( Rx). It is available as a mouth wash(Rx) for people who do not have city water that is fluoridated. It has been shown to reduce dental carries dramatically.I ca attest to the results from the much better teeth that my children have compared to mine or my husbands. It is poisonous in large amounts but not like lead.

Either drink bottled water, get a filter for your tap water or move to a place that doesn't flouridate water.

it's only dangerous in large amounts. You need flouride for health teeth. I wouldn't advise avoiding it all together

I think the "myth" is true. In Canada we had this and I was well in my 30s before first cavity.

Don't drink tap water or fountain waters.
However, you can't hide from it forever. Toothpaste contains flourine.
