winking men?

Question

I am not sure why, but at work, I get a lot of secret winks from my male work colleagues and not sure why?. They seem to do it when no one is looking and treat me differently around other people and ignore me the rest of the time but they get close up to me too.

I am very attractive but I disguise it or try to and am not into myself at all and don't do anything to invite it. It is nice, but just don't know why they do it?.

they are just trying to attract your attention and flirting --- some are possibiliy intimidated by your looks and some do not wish to ask a work collegue out --- enjoy the attention and concentrate on you work
