Seems very easy to answer.. but ,seriously answering is not that easy to be nearer to perfect one[depends on type of MEN..age,region,experience,relligion,position,time,atmospheare,circumstances,etc..all ..it varies..]but..in general scenario of Men..obviously Her overall personality[mainly physical out-look of face,body figures in proper tune with personality..] & scence of humour,smartness,nature & quick responding to the enviornment.,status.are the major findings of MEN..in Women.!

1st, they need to somewhat find you physically attractive because that is at least makes me 1st interested in someone. But, it is a major turn off if the other person is only looks. You need to have a complex personality. Have class, have common sense, etc. I personally go for people who are smarter because i would like to at least occasionally have a complex conversation with opinions, etc. Not shallow, have opinions that the guy can say 'i respect that.' Definitely helps if you can laugh. And some what knowledgable about sports/willing to be taught about sports.
Guys definitely find play fights attractive (like saying "no i didn't," and "yes you did"), but make sure he can tell that you are saying he is stupid or anything because guys are VERY bad with 'signals' and stuff like that.
main stuff
1 have somewhat looks (helps guys 1st become interested)
2 have personality to back it up (rarely can attract w/ only looks)

Easy on the make-up, like to see the "real" person. Outgoing, loyal, caring, serious but also have a sense of humor at the "right" times. Other than that, it's mostly just about personal interests and life goals.

well it does vary from man to man. but a true man isnt just into looks. he should also be into her heart, what shes interested in, someone who is caring, sweet, honest, just an all around good person.

most of the time looks attract but if she is wity or sure of herself without being cocky and has a personality ,THAT is what will keep someone around
