I like pepper better. I cannot stand salt, mostly because we never had it on food. My dad had high blood pressure, so salt was never put on the table nor was it added to cooking.

I would have to go with salt, because it brings out a better flavor in foods than pepper. Especially when cooking! Pepper is good, but the salt definitely does the trick!

Pepper. I don't like the taste of salt. Plus, pepper adds some spice to a lot of dishes. Spiciness is a good thing to me.

both are needed for flavor,, I love the peppery taste of my food when I add pepper, salt helps your body use potassium,
