I strongly believe that if I can learn how to do splits in a month or two it will tremendously improve my Tae Kwon Do training.

Any tips on how to to do splits? And is 1-2 months enough time to do so?

Yes, 1-2 months is enough time! What you need to do is stretch!!!! Stretch with one leg out, and one in, and try to touch your head to your knee. Do on both sides. Then, sit in a straddle, and reach out to the front. Then, every day just try to do the splits, and hold it there for 20-30 sec. Go down as far as you can on both sides, and down the middle. Trust me, this works! I had to learn it in 2-3 weeks, and I might not go all the way down (due to growing fast), but I can go down pretty far. Good luck!!

sure it is long enough to do so you need to stretch very good then everyday go down further and further pushing yourself a little more then stay there in position til it don't hurt as much you have to just sretch out your flexibility it takes a little time but you can do it..
