I'm trying to download a music player called limewire but after I downloaded it , it tells me I must allow access because it is blocked or whatever,
How do I go about doing this?

Limewire isn't a "music program." It is a "file sharing" programming which is often used in illegal ways.

Should you use Limeware for music, there is a significant chance that you'll violate some laws. If you are caught, the best you can hope for is that you'll get a stern phone call from your ISP. If you are unlucky, you'll get your cute little a** sued for bigtime money.

If you still want to use Iimewire, you need need to have Administrator rights to that machine. In addition, you'll need to create a hole / exception in your computer's firewall.
