I know a lot of guys have that problem with women but here is a secret: guys love nothing more than talking about themselves. So if you ask questions about them they love it. Just don't make it sound like an interrogation. Once you get a response, share your thoughts, add a juicy detail and then ask a related question. The next thing you know he will think that you are really interested in him and want to know everythinga about him.

Talk about something you have in common, something that's happened in the past week (or if he has good memory, a month),
don't talk about things you KNOW he wouldn't be interested in.
If he plays a sport or does some activity that you are even a little interested in, talk about that, there's a ton of stuff.

Talk about something that will educate the both of you. Or tell him to take you out on a date. Get involved in some activity, you'll be able to talk then. Ask him what he wants to talk about, since it's so important to him.

And what do YOU like to talk about?
I'm sure you and your boyfriend have some common interests, likes and dislikes, and hobbies. Talk about them.
In order to be able to talk, you will need to be informed. For instance, if one of your common hobbies is computer games, you could buy a related magazine every once in a while, visit a website about computer games and play.
I'm sure you will find something.

Well talk about life. ttalk about what you want to become in the fute. Start playing games with each other on the phone. a fun think to do is to play a game that me and my girlfriend used to play. We always come up with things to say. well the game is like first off you go babe, what would you do if... then after he answers get him to play along. thats a great way to start learning about each other as well. also you guys can talk about how much it means to be with each other and what it means to you. also you can talk about family history, family events, talk about brothers sisters moms dads anything. dont be shy. seems like you two havent opened up to each other yet. why not start?

Wow look ur boyfriend must be a sissy a girl should never start the convo if he's complaining tell him to start talking or to bad... as a woman he is always suppose to cater u. and ur not desperate? if ur not tell him to bug off if he said u have nothing to talk about.

Talk about movies, what happened in school, ask him questions, tell him to ask you questions, play would you rather (you know, would you rather eat a pint of mud flavored icecream or three beetles), try rhyming with eachothers sentances, or do something that you won't need to talk at, see a movie or something.
