i have a bunch of songs that i wanna burn to it but it was already written on so i was wondering can i like burn over them or sumtin... plz help

Sorry, you can't. CD-R can be written on only once. If you want CD's than you can burn over and over again and erase information off of, buy CD-RW type media. CD-RW stands for CD rewritable.

CD-R disks can be written only once. However, a CD-R can have multiple sessions on it. I think I tried this once long ago. You can record, say, 2 songs in session 1 and not finalize the disk. Then later, you can record additional songs to fill the disk before finalizing it. The problem, I think was that most CD music players played only session 1. Computers, however, played all the songs.

Can't be done. CD-RW discs are made to do that, but CD-R's are not.
