I am always getting checked out by guys. They always are flirting with me and are always talking to me. Nobody bothers to ask me out. I know of atleast 3 guys who like me alot but don't bother to ask me out. Why is this?
And one more question, do guys talk about girls when it is just guys around?

Look at it this way: if they are checking you out, but not asking you out, then they lack the courage to meet you and find out if you are a good person. That may be a good sign that these guys are not good for you.
So, keep an eye out for the guy that does have the courage (and good manners) to introduce himself to you and wants to get to know you. Keep in mind that even The Dude had to learn to be less shy around the ladies.
And Yes, guys do talk about girls when girls aren't around. But more often than not, it's not anything really constructive. It's mostly, "Man, she is hot."-type of talk.
Serious talk about women and relationships is left to real, good, close friends and brothers. And it usually means that the guy is serious about the girl.
The rest of the time, it's pretty superficial. Not that there is anything wrong with that! =P It's just guys being guys.

If girls talk about guys when it's just girls....then what do you think guys do ?...LOL ! The whole dating/ flirting scene takes alot of time and energy. Everyone not sure of what to do and why and when etc. Nobody wants to be rejected or feel like a fool and made out to be a fool etc. It will get better.....in about 50 years when your too old to do anything about it...lol.

and i dont have any guy friends that i talk about ladies with from what i can remember i never have even in school
