Okay, this summer I was at the pool and saw a dog just laying in grass. It wasn't stray, it had a collar. It wasn't around any people. It had bugs flying all around it and had a filthy coat. When we left, the dog followed. Nobody came to get it. It walked around the parking lot and is probably dead... probably got ran over. Do you agree with me that the owner shouldn't just leave there dog at a pool? And get rid of the fleas?

I agree. I would have called the Humane Society/Animal Control to pick it up though.
