All dog owners go to dog heaven. It's called dog heaven, but actually it's dog-owner heaven. They spend eternity sniffing each other's butts, and for them it is total bliss.
As for dogs, no one really knows about that. Some biologists say that dogs don't have souls, therefore no heaven.

Animals have a body and even a soul. But no spirit. It is the spirit of man that is capable of having a relationship with God. So, animals don't go to heaven.
There will be animals during the 1000 year reign of Christ on earth after He returns, and most likely on the New Earth (this earth reshaped for eternity) where we will actually spend eternity with Him!

They are God's creatures - why not? The Bible tells us the lion will lay down with the lamb. No biting dogs in Heaven.

I hope so, but only God really knows. My dog "honey" had to be put to sleep a few weeks ago, I had her for about 12 years and she really was a part of my family and loved very much.

No, animals do not achieve life everlasting. Sorry to break that to you.
That's another reason Adam and Eve knew the consequences, they seen death of animals, and knew what it was when they chose to eat the fruit the tree of knowledge of good and bad.
