Jennifer Lopez, she was born here, but they are both citizens and Arnold has been here a long time so both are American.

Well Arnold is an American citizen and so is Lopez so that is a rather stupid question. I was not born here but I am an American I would start a fight if someone would say I was MORE or LESS an American than someone else. Come on !

well, Jennifer Lopez is a Puerto Rican from NYC, which is part of the United States; Schwarzenegger is from Austria, but is an american citizen. Since there is no real definition for "American," it must be a tie.
