yeah but didn't we call BC (Before Christ) because Jesus wasn't born during that time, and then AD (Annum Domini) meant years after Jesus was born.. and technically, 2006 is 2006 AD, so wouldn't he be like 2006 years old? or am i completely wrong?

Depends on what year you believe Jesus died. I think it was 32 AD, on a Thursday (not Friday) with the resurrection 3 days and 3 nights later on Sunday. Pick the week of April 13, 32 AD to today is:

721,236 days.

BTW, best estimate of his birth is 5 BC.

No one knows. No one knows the exact date when Jesus died, just like they don't know the exact date that Jesus was born. If he was at all.
