Looks like somebody needs a haircut. No, seriously. You can't "fix" damage to the hair--it is already dead, so it will not fuse back together. The only sure fix is a haircut.

I would
1) Put on LOADS of conditioner
2) Cut off any bad bits as best you can
3) If all else fails - get a really short hair cut
- it may be just what you wished you'd done before!

You have overprocessed your hair and the only fix job you can do is to visit a salon and have a good cut and conditioning treatment. I'd also say have your hair dyed by a professional only.

My hair dresser warned me about things like this. Can't be fixed needs to be cut off. I feel soooooooo bad for you.

get your hair cut short and never bleach again! bleach comprimises the integrity of the hair, just like when you bleach clothing.

woahh that really sucks...but try to wash it out and use a replenishing conditioner that is used to give a lot of moisture to your hair...and don't use peroxide bleach again! lol

you cant fix your hair.
you have ruined it with all the chemical processing so you will need to get it cut.
